Vocational education at the Noerpel Group
As a growing company, the Noerpel Group qualifies reliable and energetic employees by its vocational education programmes. Therefore, vocational training quality is our top priority. In addition to your good professional education, we attach particular importance to your personal independence, responsibility, ability to work in a team and development of these qualities.
Your contact persons from the respective specialist area will directly give you advice and support. In addition to your apprenticeship at the specialist departments, the Noerpel Group offers you monthly training courses, tutoring lessons, and further-education measures.
Regular feedback discussions and exchanges with the Training Management promote the quality of your vocational education and give you the opportunity to actively participate in designing your training measures. Appraisals by the company’s departments give you the opportunity to develop yourself in a targeted manner, to identify strengths, and to improve weak points during your apprenticeship or training.
When? After the summer holidays you can submit an apprenticeship application at our location in your state. The apprenticeship will then begin in the subsequent year. So it's better to apply in good time.

What we need We need your complete application. The latter must include the following:

• the last two school certificates

Traditionally, our apprentices meet at the Noerpel Group a few weeks before their education begins. In a casual atmosphere (bowling, kart driving, or other leisure activities) they get to know each other, as well as their trainers.
In the first week of the education we acquaint the new apprentices with the Noerpel Group as an employer and familiarize them with the company's structures. After a joint meal and a tour through the company site, the apprentices are trained in the first aid and fire protection measures. Before going to the first department, the apprentices receive an introduction to all relevant software systems of the company.
We have confidence in our apprentices and are glad to transfer projects and tasks to them that they can manage at their own responsibility. Our apprentices thus learn to organize themselves and to work independently. Of course, their contact persons can advise them at any time in any questions they may have.
If desired, by a location change, the apprentices can also get acquainted with other locations of the Noerpel Group within their training scope.
The goal of our vocational education is to take on the apprentice after their successful education completion. During the education, the apprentice gets to know all relevant departments and can express their wish for the future location before completing the education. When taking on the apprentices, we try to take all their wishes into account. Depending on your profession, commitment, and personal preferences, Noerpel supports you in professional development with a wide range of further-education courses, e.g., courses to become a meister or part-time degree courses. We also support the participation in courses, lectures, seminars, or conferences that are tailored to the respective profession and field of work.
